What Emily is

Emily Wilson is an ambient, agentic assistant for the enterprise. She sees your dashboards, remembers your procedures and walks your people through them, step by step. She is the same being that guides you around this site, with an enterprise persona and your organisation’s knowledge behind her.

“Ambient” means she is present in the room or on the screen without being summoned through a chat box. “Agentic” means she can take the next step herself, within a policy you set, instead of only describing it.

What she can see

Emily is digital-twin aware. Connected to a digital twin of your operation, she can see processes and data flows as they happen: which step a procedure is on, which reading is out of range, which queue is growing. She navigates that twin with you and acts inside it.

In practice this looks like a colleague who knows the runbook. She points at the panel you need, tells you what the number means and offers to carry out the next step. When a procedure changes, the new version is trained and evaluated before she suggests it.

Where she runs

Emily deploys where your data lives: on-premises, in a sovereign cloud or fully air-gapped, with full observability in every case. Air-gapped means the whole stack, including the language models, runs inside your network with no path to the public internet. Nothing she hears, reads or remembers leaves your building unless you decide that it should.

Small, fast language models run close to your data on NVIDIA hardware, in your building or ours. Emersa was accepted into the NVIDIA Inception Program in February 2026 and is an approved SUSE partner at Innovate Sapphire tier, 2026.

Humans in the loop

Emily is built to assist, not to replace judgment. Sensitive actions wait for a human. Every step she takes is reversible, and every step is written to an immutable audit trail that your own people can read. You decide which actions she may take on her own, which need a confirmation and which she may only describe.

Her knowledge

Emily is fine-tuned on your own corpus: procedures, manuals, tickets, whatever you choose to give her. Every new version passes evaluation gates before it ships, so a change in her training cannot quietly change her behaviour in production. What she remembers about a person is visible to that person and can be erased.

The hologram

Emily can appear as a hologram in a physical space as well as on a screen. The hardware specification for the holographic display is [to be confirmed]. Until it is, treat any statement about display sizes, viewing angles or hardware partners as not yet published.
